Oh my, two posts and it’s not even ten o’clock!  I just found these fantastic images of a Vandercook Mobile Technical Center, a mobile printing center that you can park outside your office.  What?  How cool!  Vandercook is probably the most recognizable name in proofing presses and they made some fantastic machines.  Also, the Vandercook company was founded in Chicago at the beginning of the 20th century—could this town be cooler?  I dream of having a Vandercook  of my own someday but until then I will just look at historical images of them and take full advantage of my school’s facilities and that will have to do.  I found these images here.  You can read more about the history of the Vandercook company here.
